The Public and Private Development Centre wishes to inform you of its request for quotation from vendors for the supply and printing of visibility materials to be delivered to its head in Abuja. PPDC is an organization established in 2003, with its headquarter located in Abuja. PPDC focuses its interventions on promoting citizens’ participation in governance processes and strengthening transparency and accountability, while also improving ethics and integrity in the public and private sectors. PPDC is one of the leading organizations in Civil Society space in Nigeria dedicated to promoting wider public participation in procurement as a way to curb corruption. Vendors are encouraged to review the attached mock-up of the expected designs and the entire document to ensure they have a clear understanding of our requirements before submitting their expression of interest.

All applicants must provide the following.

1. An expression of interest on your official letterhead inclusive of your financial proposal for the items to be supplied.
2. A valid Tax Identification Number
3. Proof of 3 similar previous jobs completed.
4. Verifiable details of physical contact address, mobile phone numbers and email address(es) must be indicated in your expression of interest.

NOTE:

1. Appropriate taxes will be deducted prior to making any payments for visibility materials supplied. Also, PPDC as an NGO is exempt from the payment of VAT.
2. All responses must be submitted via email to all the email addresses below: admin@procurementmonitor.org munachi@procurementmonitor.org, segun@procurementmontor.org, before close of business, on Friday 28th July 2023.
3. Subject heading of email must be SUPPLY AND PRINTING OF PPDC VISIBILITY MATERIALS
4. All quotes must be in Naira (NGN)
5. Payment terms: – 100% within 30 days after receipt of goods, submission of payment documentation and satisfactory signoff of completion by People Operations and Culture Officer.
6. Note all items must be supplied in good condition, and in accordance with specification, otherwise items will be rejected and replaced at the expense of the vendor before acceptance.
7. Contract award to be by Purchase Order.
8. Delivery date shall be latest 7 days after signing of PO.
9. Mockup of design attached here
